Inner Circle — Kareem Jamal, Sole Owner Operator
Remember when the paper showed up on your porch, same day every week, without you chasing it? This is that, for your home tech. I’m Kareem. I show up on your route day with the updates you need — devices, Wi‑Fi, carrier and bill checks, streaming, scams, software — tuned to your household.
On the route
The Route
Like the morning paper, but for your home tech. Same person, your day, made for your house.
Text, call, or use the form. One sentence is enough: “Wi‑Fi dies in the office,” or “Mom keeps getting scam calls.” I’ll ask a few questions about your household.
Your devices, your carrier, your streaming, your habits. I sort what needs doing now, what needs a look, and what can wait.
On your route day I show up with the list, do the work, and leave notes where you’ll find them. The hold music and password mess are mine.
In every delivery
Tuned to your household, so you get what you need and nothing you don’t.
Phones, laptops, tablets and TVs checked, named, and up to date.
Dead zones, router settings, and who’s on your network.
I read the line items with you and make the call. Results vary by carrier.
Logins, plans, and what you’re paying for but never watch.
What’s going around and how to spot it before it reaches your phone or inbox.
The updates that matter, done right, with the ones that can wait left alone.

What I help with
How I work
This is a one-person route, so these aren’t a policy manual. They’re how I run it.
I tell you what’s wrong, what it costs, and what can wait. If you don’t need me, I’ll say so.
When we set your day and time, I’m there. If something changes, you hear it from me first.
No jargon. I explain what I did and leave notes so you can do it yourself next time.
The prices are on the page. I won’t pad the hours, and Route is there if it fits, not because it’s good for me.

Your first hour is free when we first meet. It’s a one-time thing for new clients (once per household), not for every visit. If we finish in that hour, you pay nothing. If there’s more to do, it’s $55/hr from there, and you decide whether to keep going.
A delivery is me at your door on your day with your list: devices, Wi‑Fi, carrier and bill checks, streaming, scams, and software updates, plus AI and computer lessons that stick. I explain what I did in plain English and leave notes where you’ll find them.
One-off visit: first hour free at the first meeting only (once per household), then $55/hr. Member: $45/hr, booked in 3-hour blocks (3 hours at a time). Route: $90/mo for 2 hours, a text line, and a weekly slot; extra Route hours are $40/hr. Annual Route is $900 if you’d rather pay once a year. Full numbers are on the pricing page.

No. Results vary by carrier and by account. I’ll show you what to ask for and make the call with you, but I can’t promise what a carrier will offer. The free bill guide is there if you’d rather try it yourself first.

Time is billed at your rate, and you stay in charge of it: when the hour is up, you choose to keep going or pick it up another day. Members book 3-hour blocks, so there’s room to finish. On Route, your 2 hours are included and extra hours are $40/hr.
